New HOA Documents Approved

The TVO2 Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the revised TVO2 HOA documents were officially approved at the June 1, 2017 Special Meeting, For the record, an overwhelming majority (90% of eligible homeowners) voted to approve the new TVO2 Bylaws and Declarations.

The approved documents will now be recorded with the Land Records, and the By-Laws will be filed in the Homeowners Association Act Depository. Turf Valley Road Construction 7/15

According to Howard County Government's Facebook page:

A Howard County construction project to extend public sewer along Turf Valley Road between US 40 (Baltimore National Pike) and Pebble Beach Drive in Ellicott City is expected to begin on or about Tuesday, July 11. The project involves the installation of approximately 1,234 linear feet of 10-inch gravity sewer, seven manholes and restoration at the site.

During the project the northbound lane of Turf Valley Road between US 40 and Pebble Beach Drive is expected to be closed during the last two weeks of July and the first week of August. The sidewalk on the east side of Turf Valley Road between US 40 and Pebble Beach Drive will be closed for about two months beginning Monday, July 10. Signs will be in place to advise pedestrians of the sidewalk closure, and signs and flagging operations will be in place to direct traffic.

Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by late January 2018.
